I have spent the last 15 years living, working, learning, playing, parenting, networking, and thriving overseas—shaping my work ethic, cultural tolerance, and ability to adapt to just about anything.
Now? After loving all my coincidental encounters working with and for wellness-based services, I’ve taken it as a sign: Dig deeper into this industry.

Born to an tiger mom and a scientist dad from Taiwan, I (naturally) majored in art in college, married a diplomat, did some yoga hardcore, and eventually found my place working in freelance comms as a content and messaging specialist.
On weekends, I step away from my computer and can be found riding around Hanoi on my electric scooter, pawning my three kids off to play dates, bonding with friends over good food and drink, and researching my next fermentation project.

Never much a fan of Classics, is all I’ll say about that one.
But other than the bible, I like organization.

because god knows you don’t need to be balancing another admin task.
But almost equal to organization…
I really like things that look good. From that boy named Erik in the first grade, to that yellow VW bug I drove in college…
And I love seeing things that are different. Which is maybe, just slightly (or a lot), the reason I majored in art?
And I’m here to say: I don’t make perfect sense.
It’s taken me 40-some odd years, but…I kinda like that about myself.
And now… I *think* that’s what might make us perfect for each other.
